Terms & Conditions
- To confirm your trip, 20% amount gets confirmed by booking
online/offline on panchmukhiyatra.com 20% is mandatory at the time of
booking. The remaining 80% amount has to be paid online on
www.panchmukhiyatra.com 30 days before the trip. 100% payment has to be made 30
days before.
- It is mandatory to get the tour program from
www.panchmukhiyatra.com seven days before the date of travel. You can take a
print out of the tour program and keep it with you. We will give you a copy of
the travel program during the journey in the train which will contain all the
information related to the journey.
- If you cancel your trip for any reason, then a cancellation
charge of 20% of the total trip amount will be levied. (20% booking amount will not be refunded under any circumstances, whether the trip is cancelled by you or us, you have to follow the decision of the company, if the trip is cancelled by us, you can travel on any date with 20% amount), 50%
amount will be non-refundable if the trip is cancelled 15 days before the
travel date. And 75% amount will be non-refundable if the trip is cancelled 7
days before the travel date. And 100% amount will be non-refundable if the trip
is cancelled 2 days before the travel date.
- If for any reason your tour date is postponed by the
Company, 20% of the booking amount will be added to your onward journey and
will not be refundable.
- All the passengers who travel with us, each passenger must
keep one of the original ID proof (Aadhar Card, Voter ID Card, PAN Card,
Driving License, Passport). Those travelling abroad from Nepal must keep only
Voter ID Card. If someone keeps a photocopy of the ID or forgets to take the
original ID card, then the TTE can fine the passenger the full amount of the
ticket. Their journey can be cancelled there itself.
- For children between 5 and 8 years of age the contribution
amount will be 50% of the total amount and sleeping berth will not be allotted.
- It is mandatory for children below 5 years of age to submit
a photocopy of their age certificate, otherwise full fare will be charged.
- Only those passengers who have made the booking can travel.
No other person can travel in their place.
- Consumption of things like playing cards, smoking etc. is
strictly prohibited during the journey. If you are found consuming the above
mentioned things, your journey will be cancelled.
- All passengers will take care of their own health, safety
and luggage. The company will not be responsible for any accidental accident or
loss during the journey.
- Due to unavoidable reasons (if the schedule is changed by
the railways or if confirmed tickets are not available in the train), the
itinerary (pilgrimage) can be changed. Claims and objections cannot be made.
- Travelers suffering from TB, diabetes, blood pressure, heart
disease or other serious diseases are advised not to travel alone. Generally
keep your medicines with you. If any kind of (health related) problem arises
during the journey, we will not be responsible for it. You yourself will be
responsible for it. Before joining the journey, get all the health related
checkups done by the doctor. Travel on the advice of the doctor.
- Passengers above 60 years of age must be accompanied by a
family member.
- We need your cooperation in any kind of disputed situation.
The decision taken by the company will be final and acceptable to all.
- The company may charge you for any kind of damage to the
seat or berth provided to you. Take special care of this.
- Passengers are requested to maintain a peaceful, harmonious
and devotional atmosphere during the journey.
- It is compulsory to follow the timing given by the company.
Otherwise you will be responsible for any inconvenience caused to the
passengers (missing the train or bus). The company will not bear any kind of
expense incurred by you.
- The train is made available to us by the railway management
only 2 hours in advance. Due to which our company remains unaware about the
condition of electricity, fans and water in the train. Hence, if any problem
arises during the journey, please be patient, the company will try to resolve
your problem as soon as possible.
- Tea, snacks and food will be provided to all passengers only
after they board the train.
- Any kind of claim or objection will be resolved in the
Manendragarh court area.
- It is mandatory for all passengers to wear ID card/badge.
- All passengers are informed by our company that a time will
be fixed for darshan of Tirupati Balaji. Balaji darshan can be done in 4 hours,
sometimes it takes 30 hours. Please cooperate with the company. We give
sufficient time to the passengers for darshan.
- If any passenger pulls the chain, then if the Railway Police
Force (RPF) takes any appropriate action against that passenger, then the
Company will not be responsible for it.
- The Company will not make arrangements for vehicles if you
are staying in a hotel or temple located at a distance of 2 or 3 km. You will
visit the temple and reach the station or hotel by your own arrangement.
- All devotees will be taken till the temple gate (pilgrimage
site) by the Company. If due to any reason any passenger or devotee is deprived
of darshan, then the Company will not be responsible for it.
- Pilgrims should themselves protect their money, mobile,
camera, jewellery and valuables. While charging the mobile, pay attention to
the mobile yourself.
- If the mobile or belongings get lost, the complete
responsibility will be yours.
- There is a huge crowd of visitors at Kedarnath, Badrinath
and Tirupati Balaji. If due to any reason the pilgrims are unable to have
darshan, the company will not be held responsible for that. Pilgrims will book
Tirupati Balaji's VIP darshan tickets and Char Dham Yatra darshan tickets
online by themselves. If you make the payment to the company, the company will
book your VIP ticket.
- If the train is delayed by 3 hours from the station of
arrival as per the tour program, then your lunch, dinner, breakfast will be
arranged at the next station.
- The company does not guarantee a berth in any train to any
passenger. The company keeps making continuous efforts only for the passengers.
The company gets your railway ticket booked through IRCTC railways. So, at the
time you book your journey, at that time your railway ticket is made in your
name. You get the coach berth which is available in the railways. If the berth
you have asked for is not available to you, then you will have to travel in the
berth provided by the company.
- It is mandatory for all pilgrims to wear masks and gloves,
keep washing and sanitizing hands from time to time and follow social
distancing.
- In case of train cancellation or road closure due to natural
calamity or landslide or political or administrative reasons (if administration
stops the journey) during the journey, the company will suspend your journey
there and then as per the circumstances. You will have to arrange for hotel,
food and breakfast at your own expense. You will have to arrange for vehicle at
your own expense for temple darshan. Our manager will provide you full support.
Full amount will not be refunded.
- The company applies to the railways for special train/coach.
But due to some reason the railways are unable to provide special train coach.
So according to that situation you will have to travel in reservation coach. Or
if all 1080 passengers are not available, you will have to travel in 1 coach or
2 coaches. You should make the booking only after consent.
- I have read and received the tour program. I fully agree to
all the above terms and conditions after reading them.
