  • 20% amount to confirm your journey, online/offline booking is confirmed on www.panchmukhiyatra.com 20% is mandatory at the time of booking. The remaining 80% amount will have to be paid online at www.panchmukhiyatra.com 30 days before the journey. It will be mandatory to make 100% payment 30 days in advance.
  • It is mandatory to get the tour program on www.panchmukhiyatra.com seven days before the travel date, you can take a print out of the tour program. You can keep it with yourself. In which all the travel related information will be there.
  •  If you cancel your journey for any reason, a cancellation charge of 20% of the full journey amount will be levied. (20% booking amount is not refundable under any circumstances), 50% amount will not be refundable if the trip is canceled 15 days before the date of travel. And if the journey is canceled 7 days before, 75% will not be refundable. And if the journey is canceled 2 days before the journey date, 100% amount will not be refundable.
  •   20% amount will not be refunded under any circumstances. If the journey is canceled 15 days in advance, 20% of the ticket and other cancellation charges will be deducted and included in the future journey.
  • If for any reason the company postpones your tour, 20% of the booking amount will be included in your subsequent tour and will not be eligible for refund.
  • Whatever passenger will be traveling with us, each passenger must keep one of his/her original ID proof (Aadhar Card, Voter ID Card, PAN Card, Driving License, Passport). Those traveling abroad from Nepal should keep only the Voter ID card. If someone keeps a photocopy of the ID or forgets to carry the original ID card. So T.T.E can fine the full amount of the ticket from the passenger. His journey may get cancelled.
  •  Contribution amount for children aged between 5 to 8 years will be 60% of the total amount and sleeping berth will not be allotted.
  •  It is mandatory for children below 5 years of age to submit photocopy of age certificate, otherwise full ticket will be charged.
  •  The passenger who will have reservation in the journey. Only those passengers can travel. any other person in his place
  •  Consumption of things like playing cards, smoking and drinking is completely prohibited during the journey. On being found consuming the above mentioned items. Your journey will be canceled immediately.
  • All passengers will take care of their own health, safety and luggage. The company will not be responsible for any accidental accident or loss during the journey.
  •  The passenger who will have reservation in the journey. Only those passengers can travel. any other person in his place

  •  Due to unavoidable reasons (change in schedule by Railways or non-availability of confirmed railway tickets in the train) the itinerary (pilgrimage destinations) may be changed. Claim cannot be objected.
  •  Travelers suffering from TB, sugar, blood pressure, heart disease or other serious diseases are advised to do so. They should not travel alone. Generally keep your medicines with you. There will be no responsibility if any kind of (health related) problem arises in between. You yourself will be responsible for this. Before participating in the journey, get all health related checkups done from the doctor. Travel on doctor's advice.
  •  It is mandatory for a passenger above 60 years of age to be accompanied by a family member.
  • We need your support in any kind of controversial situations. The decision taken by the company will be final and universally accepted.
  •  Whatever seat berth will be given to you by the company. If he causes any kind of damage, he can take charges from the company. Take special care of this.
  •  There is a request from the passengers. Travel by creating a peaceful, harmonious and devotional environment during the journey.
  •  It is mandatory to follow the time given by the company. Otherwise, passengers will be responsible for any inconvenience caused to them (missing train, bus). The company will not bear any kind of expense incurred by you.
  •  The train is made available to us 2 hours in advance by the railway management. Due to which we remain unaware of the condition of electricity, fans and water in the trains of our company. Therefore, if any problem arises during the journey, please be patient, the company will try to solve your problem soon.
  •  Arrangements for tea, snacks and food will be made to all the passengers only after boarding the train.
  •  Any kind of claim/objection will be resolved in Manendragarh court area.
  •  It is mandatory for all passengers to wear ID card/Batch.
  •  All the passengers are informed by our company that a time will be fixed for the darshan of Tirupati Balaji. Balaji darshan can be done in 4 hours and sometimes it takes 30 hours. Please support the company. We give ample time to the pilgrims for darshan.
  •  If chain pulling is done by any passenger. If the Railway Police Force (RPF) takes any appropriate action against that passenger, the company will not be held responsible for it.
  •  Company 2 or 3 Km. That they will not arrange for vehicles if they stay in a distant hotel or temple. You will visit the temple and reach the station and hotel by your own arrangements.
  •  All the devotees will be taken to the temple gate (pilgrimage site) by the company. If due to any reason any passenger or devotee is deprived of darshan, the company will not be held responsible for it.
  •  Passengers should protect their money, mobile, camera, jewelery and valuables themselves. While charging the mobile, pay attention to the mobile itself. In case of loss of mobile or luggage, full responsibility will be on you.
  •  There is a huge crowd of devotees in Kedarnath, Badrinath and Tirupati Bala Ji. If due to any reason the passengers are unable to have darshan, they will not be held responsible for it. VIP darshan tickets of Tirupati Bala Ji and Yatra darshan tickets of Char Dham will be booked online by the passengers themselves. If you make payment to the company then the company books your VIP ticket.
  • The train from the tour program is delayed by 3 hours from the arriving station. So your lunch, dinner, breakfast will be arranged at the next station.
  •  The company does not guarantee berth in any train to any passenger. The company continuously strives only for the passengers. The company books your railway tickets through IRCTC Railways. So the time you book your travel. At the same time your railway ticket is made in your name. The position of coach berths available in Railways. You get the same coach berth. If the berth requested by you is not available to you, you will have to travel only in the berth given by the company.
  •  If the train is canceled during the journey or the road is closed due to natural disaster or land slide or due to political or administrative reasons (if the administration stops the journey), the company will postpone your journey as per the circumstances. You will have to make arrangements for hotel, food and breakfast at your own expense. And you will have to arrange transport at your own expense to visit the temple. Our managers will provide you full support. Full amount will not be refunded.
  •  The company applies to the Railways for a special train/coach. But due to some reason Railways is not able to provide special train coaches. So according to that situation you will have to travel in reservation coach. Or if full 1080 passengers are not available, you will have to travel in 1 coach or 2 coaches. You can book only on consent.
  •  I have read and received the tour Program. I have fully read and agree to all the above terms and conditions.
